My Journey

Hi, this is Arlene!


I began my yoga journey in 2016 after experiencing back pain while working as a nurse. I've been amazed at the benefits yoga has had on my mind, body, and soul. Yoga helped me recover, and I believe many others can benefit from it too! Since then, I've started learning more about Yoga with the hope of effectively sharing it with everyone.


I'll guide you through a comfortable yoga practice that allows you to unleash and nurture the flow of energy within you. Whether it's a gentle or powerful yoga asana flow, I'll do my best to create a joyful and loving practice for you. I look forward to our Yoga class together!

Practice at your own pace in your comfort zone, whether you are on travel or just right at home. Be consistent and find time with your practice.

I am opening a virtual space for you, come as you are and flow with your own state. This 60-minute class involves meditation and gentle release of tight areas of your body. Preparing you to set the tone for the day or end the day with ease.


Yoga in Tokyo

Find escape in your busy schedule and experience present-moment awareness. Cultivate a sense of mindfulness that can aid in managing racing thoughts and promote overall mental clarity.


Join me every weekend at the Inokashira Park or at Kichijoji studio. Whether you are a beginner or intermediate, I will guide you safely in the practice.

Nestled amidst where the mountain meets the ocean, Yoga in Izu will enable you to harmonize your body and mind with the soothing rhythms of the natural world.


Practice a rejuvenating yoga sessions , as you breathe in the fresh mountain air while the ocean breeze touches on your skin.


Awaken your senses through the practice. Then find balance, and connect with your inner self and the serene surroundings.


Kid's Yoga

Let us have an amazing adventure with Kids Yoga! It's not your regular yoga for grown-ups. In our classes, we'll do much more than just yoga poses! Kids Yoga is not just about flexibility and strength. It's also about building concentration, self-confidence, and learning how to cooperate. Plus, our classes will be conducted in simple English, so your kids will have a fantastic opportunity to improve English while having fun! Have your kids flow and have fun with the practice. Happening every Sunday morning at Mitaka.



Aerial Yoga

An innovative fusion of traditional Yoga and Aerial artistry. Discover a way to enhance your flexibility, strength and balance a you gracefully move through poses in a suspended hammock.


Beginner and intermediate students are all welcome. A 60 minutes class duration, It is surely a must try experience.
